Help build a U.S. mining company the right way

Triple 8 is early. The people who join now will set the standards: how claims are screened, how technical work is commissioned and reported, and how a private company becomes ready to report to the SEC.

Who we want to hear from

Roles the company expects to fill as it grows

None of these is open as a salaried position today unless stated. We would still like to hear from experienced people now, because timing depends on financing and technical results.

Board

Independent directors

Mine development, project finance or public-company governance experience. An audit committee chair who meets SEC financial-expertise standards.

Finance

Chief Financial Officer

SEC reporting, PCAOB audit and internal-control experience, ideally in mining or another asset-heavy industry.

Technical

Geology and land

Exploration geologists, qualified persons under S-K 1300, and land and title specialists who know BLM and county records.

Field

Permitting and operations

Notices and plans of operations, reclamation bonding and state permits in Nevada, California and other western states.

How we work

What you can expect

Standards
Technical claims only from signed S-K 1300 reports. No ounces quoted before then.
Decisions
Every claim group gets a scope, a budget and a decision point before more money is spent.
Disclosure
Related-party arrangements and risks are stated plainly, on this site and in offering documents.
Team
A small leadership group today, working with specialist firms. See the Team page.
Equal opportunity
Triple 8 considers people without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
