Four AMI placer claims and their share of gold assigned to Triple 8

Triple 8 received, by assignment from Aurum Capital Corporation, four of the 49 AMI placer claims at Glendale, Clark County, Nevada (AMI 05–08), together with their share of gold from the 49 claims, which are to be mined as one operation. Anything Media, Inc. (“AMI”) keeps the other 45 claims and a royalty on that share. Aurum is controlled by John Shebanow, the company’s Vice President of Acquisitions, so this is a related-party transaction. The transfer of the four claims is being filed with the BLM.

AMI S-K 1300 resource program underway: Stage 1 of 5

Anything Media has engaged Arowe for a phased program toward an S-K 1300 Technical Report Summary with an Initial Assessment and mineral resource estimate covering all 49 AMI placer claims in Glendale, Clark County, Nevada. Stage 1 of 5 (sampling and permitting) is underway under an independent Qualified Person. The working target for the report is February/March 2027. Anything Media has funded Stage 1 and authorizes each later stage at its discretion. No mineral resource is claimed today.

Staking contract signed for up to 86 Buckingham lode claims in Mariposa County

999 Mines, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Triple 8, contracted Advanced Geologic Exploration, Inc. to stake and record 86 unpatented lode claims, Buckingham 1–86, in Mariposa County, California. Recording with the county and the BLM is targeted for early November 2026, after which Triple 8 will hold the claims 100% through its subsidiary. Ground inside the Merced River Wild and Scenic corridor will not be staked, so the final count may be lower than 86.

  • Corporate

    Company formed in Wyoming

Triple 8 Mines, Inc. was formed as a Wyoming C-corporation, with Ron Ause as President, to acquire and develop mining claims across the United States.

Updates describe plans and work in progress. They contain forward-looking statements and are subject to the disclosures and risk factors. Historic production in Nevada or the Mother Lode region does not indicate mineralization on the company’s claims.
