Portfolio · U.S. mining claims

Claim groups across the United States, each on the same pathway

Triple 8 Mines stakes, acquires and takes interests in lode and placer claims wherever geology, title and access support the work. Each claim group has its own page with location, rights, technical status and milestones.

Overview

The portfolio today

The company holds an economic interest in any gold produced from the 49 AMI placer claims at Glendale, Clark County, Nevada. It owns four of those claims (AMI 05–08) under the October 2026 purchase agreement and assignments (BLM transfer filing in progress), and does not own the other 45. It is also staking up to 86 lode claims in Mariposa County, California (the Buckingham claims), which it expects to own outright once they are of record. The totals below are calculated from the same records that generate each claim-group page.

What Triple 8 holds
Owns 4 of the 49 placer claims (AMI 05–08). Contractual right to about 10.4% of the gold produced from all 49 claims, up to a cap, less Anything Media’s 50% net-profits royalty (about 5.2% net). Does not own or operate the other 45.

Claims the company owns, contractual rights to production, and claims still being staked are different things, and the company reports them separately. No mineral resources or reserves have been disclosed for either asset.

How the portfolio grows

Three ways claim groups enter the portfolio

Every route begins with a review of geology, access, land status and title. Every claim group then follows the same development pathway.

Staking

Locating claims on open ground

Where federal land is open to mineral entry, the company can locate new claims in its own name, record them with the county and the BLM, and keep the annual filings current. Buckingham is being added this way.

Buckingham

Acquisition

Buying claims from their owners

Many claims are held by individuals, families and small companies who are not developing them. The company can review those claims in confidence and discuss a purchase, subject to title review and a definitive agreement.

For claim owners

Structured interests

Assignments, options and joint ventures

An owner can assign claims or an interest in production and retain a royalty, grant an option to purchase, or share the work in a joint venture. The AMI economic interest was assigned to the company by Aurum Capital. Terms depend on each claim group and are set in writing.

How the company acquires claims

What the figures mean

Portfolio figures count claim groups, states, mining claims of record or being staked, and, separately, claims underlying an economic interest. They are not estimates of mineral resources, reserves, ounces, grade or value. The company has not disclosed mineral resources or reserves on any claim group. Any estimate would be published only in a technical report summary signed by a qualified person under subpart 1300 of Regulation S-K.

Definitions

How to read the portfolio

Items marked for confirmation are completed from recorded claim documents and agreements once reviewed by counsel and the technical consultant.

Claim group
Claims the company manages together, usually contiguous claims acquired or staked in one transaction or program.
Mining claims
The number of mining claims held or being staked. A placer claim and a lode claim differ in size and shape, so counts are not comparable as area.
Economic interest
A contractual share of any gold produced from a claim package the company does not wholly own. The underlying claims are counted separately and are not claims of the company.
Stage
Where the claim group sits in the pathway, from review and staking through an economic interest or acquisition, exploration and technical reporting.
Technical status
The status of technical work only. It does not report results.
Map positions
Schematic. Markers sit at the centre of each state until claim coordinates are confirmed from recorded documents.

Market context · dated

Gold was about $4,138 per ounce on October 19, 2026 (gold-api.com). In the Fraser Institute’s 2025 survey, published in February 2026 (Mining Weekly), Nevada ranked first of 68 jurisdictions for investment attractiveness; California, where the Buckingham claims are, has ranked well below Nevada in recent surveys, reflecting longer permitting timelines. Both claim groups are in the United States. Past prices do not predict future results. Neither figure indicates mineralization or value on the company's claim groups.
