Who we are

This website is operated by Triple 8 Mines, Inc., a privately held Wyoming corporation, with its registered agent at 32 North Gould, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“Triple 8,” “we,” “us”). Its wholly owned subsidiary, 999 Mines, LLC, is covered by this notice. This notice applies to this website and to the forms and email updates offered on it. It does not apply to offering documents, subscription agreements or data room terms, which carry their own terms.

Information collected automatically, only if you accept analytics

If you accept analytics, the site records how it is used: the pages and sections you view, how far you scroll, the time a page is in view, the buttons and links you use, the questions you open, the steps of a form you reach and which fields were completed or flagged as incomplete, the website or campaign that referred you, your device type, and basic technical measures such as page speed and script errors. It also assigns a random visitor and visit identifier so that a visit can be followed across pages and a return visit recognized.

Analytics never record what you type into a form, and we do not use them to identify you by name. When you submit a form, the description of your visit (for example, which page you arrived on and how you found the site) is attached to your submission so that we can see which parts of the site are useful.

If you decline analytics, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, none of this is recorded.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and to arrange any conversation you ask for.
  • To evaluate claims you send us, including checking public BLM and county records.
  • To send offering materials you request and, if you subscribe, to verify accredited investor status as securities law requires.
  • To send the updates you subscribed to. Each email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To improve the website, using analytics if you accepted them: which pages help people, and where they get stuck.
  • To meet legal obligations, including securities, tax and record-keeping rules, and to respond to lawful requests from regulators and authorities.
  • To protect the company and others, for example against fraud or misuse of the site.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent for analytics, on steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement for forms you submit, on our legitimate interest in running and improving the business for routine correspondence, and on legal obligation where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.

We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who sees it

Inside the company, information is seen only by the officers and staff who need it to respond. Outside the company, we share it only with:

  • Service providers that host the website, deliver email, store our records or provide analytics, under contracts that limit their use of it to serving us.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers, auditors and VerifyInvestor.com, which verifies accredited investor status, under duties of confidentiality.
  • Authorities, such as the SEC, FINRA, state securities regulators or courts, where the law requires it or to protect rights and safety.
  • A successor, if the company is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this notice.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Claim details you send are not shared with other claim owners or published without your agreement.
