Wyoming law governs these terms.

Using this website

This website is operated by Triple 8 Mines, Inc., a privately held Wyoming corporation (“Triple 8,” “we,” “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms work together with the Disclosures & Risk Factors, which apply to everything on the site, and the Privacy Notice, which explains how information you send is handled. They do not apply to documents the company provides privately, which carry their own terms.

Information only, not an offer

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any offering is made only through confidential offering documents, to persons who qualify, and in compliance with applicable law.

The site is general information. It is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice and does not take into account your objectives or circumstances. It includes forward-looking statements and information about mining claims that has not been verified by a qualified person, as explained in the Disclosures & Risk Factors. Information is current only as of the date shown, and the company may change or remove it without notice.

Claim submissions and inquiries

No agreement. A claim submission, inquiry or other message sent through the site is not an offer, and it does not create a contract, partnership, agency, fiduciary or confidential relationship beyond what the privacy notice describes. Any transaction requires a separate written agreement signed by both sides.
No obligation. Triple 8 may decide whether and when to respond, and is not obliged to review, acquire, option or partner on any claim.
Your information. You confirm that what you send is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send bank details, identity documents or Social Security numbers.
Confidentiality. Claim details are handled as described in the privacy notice, and the company will sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share more if you prefer.
Ideas and suggestions. If you send general ideas or suggestions about the company or the site, Triple 8 may use them without obligation to you. This does not apply to claim details or documents about your claims.

Content, names and logos

The text, graphics, maps, photographs, design and software on this site, and the Triple 8 Mines name and logo, belong to Triple 8 or the people who licensed them to it. You may view, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not change them or remove any notices. Any other use needs the company’s written permission.

Other organizations named on the site are named with their permission or for identification only. Their names and marks belong to them, and naming them does not mean they endorse Triple 8. Public records and government data linked from the site remain subject to their own terms.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

use the site in a way that breaks any law, or to send false, misleading or unlawful content;
pretend to be someone else, or submit information about claims or people you are not authorized to share;
try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its forms or its systems, or interfere with how they work;
copy the site in bulk, or use automated tools in a way that burdens it, other than standard search engine indexing.

Triple 8 may block access or remove submissions that break these terms.

Links to other sites

The site links to public sources such as the BLM, the SEC and the USGS, and to other third-party sites. Triple 8 does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimers and limits on liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Triple 8 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Triple 8, its subsidiary and their directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the securities laws.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and Triple 8 agree to their jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Triple 8 may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
