Selling mining claims, state by state

Every unpatented claim on federal land follows the same BLM rules: a maintenance fee or small miner waiver by September 1 each year, and a recorded deed filed with the BLM when the claim changes hands. Each state then adds its own county filings, deadlines and permits. Pick the state where your claims are.
